Ticket Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These Ticket Terms & Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) apply to the purchase, issuance, and use of tickets for events organized by the event organizer. By purchasing, receiving, or using a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Ticket Validity and Admission
Each ticket entitles the holder to a single entry to the respective event. Re-entry may be refused once the venue has been exited. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who violates these Terms or behaves inappropriately.
3. Free Tickets
Free tickets are issued for personal, non-commercial use only.
Any sale, resale, transfer for consideration, or other commercial use of free tickets is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.
4. Resale and Transfer of Tickets
Unless expressly permitted by the organizer, the commercial resale or transfer of tickets is prohibited. The organizer may impose additional restrictions on ticket transfers at its sole discretion.
5. Consequences of Violations
In the event of a breach of these Terms, the organizer reserves the right to:
cancel or invalidate the affected tickets without compensation,
deny entry to the event,
remove the ticket holder from the venue,
ban the ticket holder from future events, and
pursue civil claims and/or legal action in accordance with applicable Swiss law.
6. Event Changes and Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to modify the event program, venue, or schedule for valid reasons, including safety, regulatory, or operational requirements. In the event of cancellation, further claims, including for damages or lost profits, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
7. Liability
The organizer shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. Liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages is excluded.
8. Personal Belongings and Safety
The ticket holder is responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage. The ticket holder must follow all safety instructions and regulations at the venue.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data collected during ticket purchase and entry will be processed in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection laws and the organizer’s privacy policy.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
